xVentures AI Inc. (“Surehand,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) helps families plan birthday parties, find tutoring, and discover kids’ activities. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and request our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you fill out a request on our site, we collect what you tell us, which may include:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and neighborhood or ZIP code
• Information about your child that’s needed to plan or deliver a service—such as their name or nickname, age or grade, school, allergies, interests, or theme preferences
• Details about the specific request—party date and venue, guest count, tutoring subject and goals, activity interests, budget, and travel plans for a custom agenda
• Anything else you choose to share in a free-text field

We don’t require an account or login to use Surehand, and we don’t connect to your email, calendar, or financial accounts.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site— things like which pages are viewed, general location (such as city or region), device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site. This relies on cookies and similar technologies. It does not include the personal details you share in a request form unless you choose to submit them.

How We Use Information

• To plan, coordinate, and deliver the service you requested—matching you with a tutor, planning your party, or building your activity agenda
• To communicate with you about your request, by whichever method you choose (text, WhatsApp, email, or phone)
• To confirm pricing and scope with you before any paid work begins
• To send you occasional updates about things to do, only if you’ve opted in
• To understand and improve how families use our site, using aggregated, non-identifying analytics

We do not sell your personal information, and we never use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to deliver what you asked for:

• Vendors, tutors, and specialists: the vetted tutors, party vendors, and activity partners we work with receive only the details relevant to your request—for example, a tutor may see your child’s grade and subject needs; a party vendor may see your event date, guest count, and allergy notes.
• Service providers: companies that help us operate, such as our form and hosting provider (Netlify) and our analytics provider (Google Analytics).
• Authorities: when required by law.
• Business transfers: if Surehand is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Children’s Privacy

Surehand’s services are used by parents and guardians on behalf of their children— our site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from a child. Any information about a child is submitted by their parent or guardian for the sole purpose of arranging that child’s tutoring, party, or activities. If you believe a child has provided us with information directly, please contact us and we will delete it.

Cookies

We use cookies for basic site analytics (Google Analytics). Most browsers let you control or clear cookies through their settings; doing so shouldn’t affect your ability to submit a request to Surehand.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to deliver the service you requested and to respond to any follow-up. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to any records we’re required to keep for legal or accounting reasons.
