These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Surehand’s website and services (the “Services”), provided by xVentures AI Inc. (“Surehand,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a request through our site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.

1. Who Can Use Surehand

Surehand is currently available to families located in New York City. You must be at least 18 years old, and the parent or legal guardian of any child you tell us about, to submit a request.

2. What Surehand Does

Surehand helps NYC families with:

• Birthday parties—planning and coordination, with an optional on-site day-of add-on
• Tutoring—matching your child with a vetted tutor from our own team
• Kids’ activities—free general suggestions, or a deeper custom agenda for a fee

Submitting a request tells us you’re interested in a service—it isn’t itself a purchase. We’ll always confirm the exact price and scope of work with you before any paid work begins.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices shown on our site (for example, activity agendas or party planning) are starting points; your final price depends on the specifics of your request and will be confirmed with you directly. We’ll arrange payment for our own planning and coordination fees with you individually.

For birthday parties, you contract and pay third-party vendors—venue, cake, entertainment, and similar—directly. Surehand’s fee covers our own planning, matching, and coordination work; it does not include the cost of those vendors.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Each service has its own cancellation and refund terms, described in our FAQ and confirmed with you at booking. As a general principle: our own planning and coordination fees are refundable before we’ve started work on your request, and any work already completed (including planning calls used, or on-site hours worked) is not refundable. Fees you’ve paid to third-party vendors are governed by that vendor’s own policies, since your agreement for that portion is with them directly, not with us.

5. Your Information

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us about yourself and your family. We use it only to deliver the service you requested—see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and share it.

6. Vendors, Tutors, and Third Parties

We vet the tutors, vendors, and activity partners we work with, and we stand behind our own planning, matching, and coordination work. Some parts of what you receive—like a specific vendor’s performance at your party, or a venue’s own policies—are ultimately delivered by that third party, and we can’t guarantee their conduct in the way we can our own. If something goes wrong with a vendor or tutor we matched you with, tell us—we want to know, and we’ll help make it right where we reasonably can.

7. Acceptable Use

Please use Surehand honestly and in good faith. In particular, don’t:

• Submit false or misleading information in a request
• Use our forms or contact channels to send spam, abuse, or harassment
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our website

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We work hard to plan and coordinate a great experience, but the Services are provided on an “as is” basis, without guarantees of a particular outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Surehand’s total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us (excluding amounts paid directly to third-party vendors) for the specific request giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here and update the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use Surehand after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
